MANY THANKS GO OUT TO ALL OF THE VOLUNTEERS WHO DONATED THEIR
TIME & ENERGY TO THIS HORSE SHOW - WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!

Ensuring that youth riders have an opportunity to show and enjoy Arabian and Half Arabian horses is a main goal of the ACAHA.  Juniors and amateurs were an integral part of the success of the Atlantic Canada Arabian Horse Show.  Below are just a few of the youth that exhibited horses at this year's show.

Exhibitors attending the horse show this year traveled from across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Quebec
and even from Maine.  We are always very pleased to have horses from such diverse areas and
truly appreciate the support of the competitors that return every year.

Stacey Maxwell demonstrated that age is irrelevant when she rode her 27 year old stallion, Shad-Fahid, to win the Western Pleasure Championship.

The ACAHA information booth (at right) provided an area in which
exhibitors and spectators could sit and relax while enjoying some  horsey reading material.

The annual exhibitor Meet 'N Greet, held Saturday evening after classes, was a great chance to socialize!  Thanks to Edna for providing such wonderful food.

The ACAHA sincerely hopes that everyone's showing experience was a
positive one and looks forward to seeing you again next year!

2003 ACAHA SUMMER CLASSIC
July 28-29, Sussex, New Brunswick

This was the first year for the Summer Classic and it proved to be a wonderful show.  Held in conjunction with the Morgan Horse Sunrise Show, the Summer Classic took place in beautiful Sussex, NB.  The atmosphere was very pleasant and there was great camaraderie amongst the Arab and Morgan exhibitors and the breeds were a great complement to one another in the showring as well.

Thanks go out to all exhibitors, volunteers and sponsors, including those with the Morgan Horse Club, who were wonderful show companions.  Marion Morrison deserves special thanks for her hard work in finding sponsors for this show.

Visit the Princess Louise Park Show Centre and view the show facilities.
